Lighting problems, faulty plugs, fixed appliance supply issues. We bring up to standard poorly installed cables and equipment, correcting non-compliant work. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship to support electrical safety.
Earth leakage not resetting? Circuit breaker won't stay on? We specialise in tracing earth faults and short circuits. No hot water? We will prove the fault and repair only what is required.

Colin van der Merwe
(licence no. 32581)
Because electricity doesn’t keep office hours
Colin is a licensed electrician and was brought up in the industry due to his father, Noel, being an electrician. The two of them teamed up in 2010 and were partners.
Prior to this Colin received his National Diploma in Electronic Engineering in 2004 and ended up working in the electrical field in the UK for a year around 2006.
Noel retired after 50 years in the industry and has passed on his experience to Colin who has now taken over the business since 2023.

No, but we are available from 8:00AM to 20:00PM, seven days a week. See our detailed operating times below.
It is always best to switch the main switch off in the main distribution board if you think there is an unsafe situation. Then call our direct line - we can advise you on your situation and get an electrician to you asap.
During standard time, our rate is R590/hour. After hours rate is R880/hour. Our rates are fair and transparent — no hidden surprises.
Yes, all work is carried out by a licensed electrician and complies with the South African National Standards.
We mainly service the residential and commercial sector of the industry and occasionally get involved with some light industrial installations.
No, we no longer offer generator or backup system installations.
